Refund Policy

Web Hosting Plans
- Refund window: 7 days from the date of purchase for new hosting accounts.
- Eligibility: Refund is available if the service has a critical failure on our end that cannot be resolved within 48 hours.
- Non-refundable: Renewals, domain registrations, and accounts that have been active for more than 7 days.
Software Development & Web Design Projects
- Projects cancelled before work commences: 100% refund of any advance paid.
- Projects cancelled after work has commenced: Refund of unused portion of the advance, less cost of work already completed.
- Completed and delivered projects: No refunds once the final deliverable has been approved and delivered.
IT Consulting & BPO Services
- Consulting fees are non-refundable once a session or engagement has commenced.
- For ongoing retainers, cancellation notice of 30 days is required; no refunds for the current billing period.
Training Programmes
- Cancellations made 7+ days before the start date: Full refund.
- Cancellations within 7 days of start date: 50% refund.
- No-shows or cancellations after the programme starts: No refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email hello@house35globalinfotech.com with your name and contact details, invoice or order number, and reason for the refund request. We will review and respond within 3 business days.
