Services
House 35 Global Infotech LLP provides IT services including but not limited to: web design and development, web hosting and domain management, software development, IT consulting, BPO and back office services, marketing automation setup and management, and AI agent implementation.
Engagement and Payment
- All projects are scoped individually based on your specific requirements
- A written proposal or agreement will be provided before work commences
- Payment terms will be specified in the individual project agreement
- We reserve the right to pause or terminate services for non-payment
Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom work created specifically for them
- We retain the right to use general methodologies, tools, and frameworks developed during projects
- Third party software, plugins, and tools used in your project remain subject to their own licensing terms
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, House 35 Global Infotech LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, or downtime or interruption of third party services outside our control. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.
